Description

As part of Walmart’s app, they are now letting users use AR to try on clothes. It’s “allows customers to see how garments will actually fit on the bodies, complete with realistic shadows, colors, and even simulated fabric draping” (Melendez 2022). Currently, it’s being used for women’s clothing but Walmart is likely to expand to other clothing.
